Shipping

  1. Order Processing Time

    • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment and order confirmation.

    • Processing includes quality checks, packaging, and preparing items for shipment.

  2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

    • Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

    • For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $9.95 (you’ll define) applies (in the U.S.; if you ship internationally, see below).

  3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

    • We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS / UPS / FedEx (or specify which ones you use).

    • You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

  4. Shipping Times

    • Domestic (U.S.): 2–5 business days from time of shipment.

    • Please allow extra time for remote or rural areas.

  5. Order Delays

    • GroowthByT&J is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.

    • If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at [your support email] and we will do our best to assist.

  6. Shipping Availability

    • Currently, we ship to USA only.

    • We do not ship outside of USA at this time.

  7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

    • If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can investigate and make it right.

    • Keep all packaging and any damaged product as it may need to be inspected by the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

  1. Return Eligibility

    • No returns after purchase.

  2. Non-returnable / Non-refundable items

    • Personal care items (e.g. beard oil) may be non-refundable if opened (depends on your policy).

    • Gift cards, downloadable software, or other items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

  3. Return Process

    • Contact our support team at [support email] to request a return authorization.

    • Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide, securely packaged.

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item was defective or wrong).

    • Consider using a trackable shipping service for returns.

  4. Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Exchanges

    • If you need to exchange an item (e.g. for a different scent or variant), please return the original item per the process above and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll try to help you arrange an exchange where possible.

  6. Defective or Incorrect Items

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange either a replacement or full refund (including shipping), depending on the situation.
