Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment and order confirmation.

Free shipping is available for orders over $100.

For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $9.95 (you’ll define) applies (in the U.S.; if you ship internationally, see below).

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS / UPS / FedEx (or specify which ones you use).

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can investigate and make it right.

Keep all packaging and any damaged product as it may need to be inspected by the carrier.

No returns after purchase.

Non-returnable / Non-refundable items

Personal care items (e.g. beard oil) may be non-refundable if opened (depends on your policy).

Gift cards, downloadable software, or other items explicitly marked as non-returnable.

Return Process

Once approved, ship the item to the address we provide, securely packaged.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless item was defective or wrong).

Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

If you need to exchange an item (e.g. for a different scent or variant), please return the original item per the process above and place a new order, or contact us and we’ll try to help you arrange an exchange where possible.
